Terms of Service.

Full Speed TC provides administrative transaction coordination support only. We do not perform licensed real estate brokerage activity, negotiation, or legal services.

Our role is structured around operational coordination, communication management, compliance support, and transaction administration from contract to close.

Coordination fees start at $500 per closing for buyer-side and listing-side transactions. A $100 opening fee is due at file intake, with the remaining $400 balance billed at closing.

Add-on services and specialized transaction support are billed according to the published rates or custom scope pricing where applicable.

If a transaction is canceled prior to completion, any remaining unpaid coordination balance may be waived at our discretion based on the stage of the file and services already completed. This courtesy does not reflect a commission-based or success-dependent fee structure.

Full Speed TC does not guarantee transaction outcomes, brokerage approval, or legal compliance.

Brokerage approval remains the responsibility of the brokerage. Legal interpretation is not provided as part of any coordination engagement.

All agency representation, fiduciary duties, negotiations, and brokerage supervision remain solely with the licensed real estate professional and/or brokerage.

Full Speed TC functions strictly as an administrative coordination provider operating in support of the licensed professional's transaction workflow.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Full Speed TC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from the use of our coordination services or this website.

Total liability for any claim arising from coordination services shall not exceed the fees paid for the specific transaction giving rise to the claim.

These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
